Welcome to HRSK International School. By using our website, enrolling your child, or accessing any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”, “Parent”, “Guardian”, or “Student”) and HRSK International School (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website, filling out admission forms, or using any of our facilities, you accept these Terms in full. If you are acting on behalf of a minor, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind the minor to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

HRSK International School offers educational programs including Day School, Day Boarding, and Hostel facilities for students from Playgroup to Grade 8. Our services include:

Academic instruction following the CBSE curriculum.
Extracurricular activities, sports, and cultural programs.
Transportation, meals, and hostel accommodation (where applicable).
Parent-teacher communication and progress reporting.
Access to our website and digital learning platforms.

Important: All services are subject to availability and may change at the school's discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

3. User Obligations & Code of Conduct

All users (students, parents, staff, and visitors) agree to:

Respect: Treat all members of the school community with dignity and respect.
Compliance: Follow all school rules, policies, and instructions given by staff.
Safety: Prioritize the safety and well-being of themselves and others.
Property: Take care of school property and report any damage promptly.
Digital Conduct: Use school technology and online platforms responsibly, without engaging in cyberbullying, harassment, or unauthorized access.
Truthfulness: Provide accurate and complete information in all communications with the school.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion, and forfeiture of fees.

4. Enrollment & Fees

Admission to HRSK International School is subject to a formal application process, including interviews and assessments. By enrolling, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees (admission, tuition, transport, meals, hostel, etc.) on time.
Provide all required documents (birth certificate, medical records, previous school records, etc.).
Notify the school of any changes to contact information or student health/needs.
Withdraw your child in writing as per the notice period specified in the fee policy.

Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our refund policy. Late payments may incur penalties and could result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software) is the property of HRSK International School or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
Use our trademarks or branding without permission.
Copy or reverse-engineer any software or digital platforms provided by the school.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your child's education.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your data as described in that policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on our website.
The uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services.
The suitability of our programs for your child's specific needs (we recommend a personal visit and consultation).

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HRSK International School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

                 Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or civil unrest.
            

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination may include:

Violation of these Terms.
Non-payment of fees.
Conduct that disrupts the school environment or endangers others.
Providing false or misleading information.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our website and services. Fees already paid shall not be refunded except as required by law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.

We encourage you to first contact us to resolve any issues informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
